Heavy Equipment Operators,
Furnace Operators, Production Operators, & Maintenance

$500 new hire bonus after 90 days.

Another $500 new hire bonus after 180 days.

Additional $0.50 per hour for night shift.

 

Owl’s Head Alloys is seeking dedicated employees who prefer to work hands-on. We are 100% employee-owned, meaning we offer competitive pay, on-the-job training, full benefits and company stock.

 

You’ll be able to work 4 days on, 4 days off in 12-hour shifts, allowing you time for a second job or just to relax.

 

Production Positions
Starting pay at $18 per hour minimum (based on job).

Some positions are open to people who are new to the workforce and don’t have a high school/college diploma or GED.

Maintenance Positions

Starting pay minimum of $21.12 per hour.


Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Work in a safe manner at all times.

  • Perform preventative maintenance as required.

  • Locate the source of problems by observation or use of precision measuring and testing instruments.

  • Remove defective parts by using the proper equipment and instructions.

  • Control downtime by performing routine preventive maintenance and monitor compliance. 

  • Fabricate repair parts as needed using the proper equipment.

  • Maintain the inventory of equipment, parts, and supplies by checking stock to determine inventory level.

Experience: 5+ years of mechanical, mobile and/or welder experience.
